Abi Feltham

Abi Feltham is a writer and content creator based in London, known for her candid storytelling around addiction, mental health, and recovery.

Abi’s work is honest, humorous, and deeply relatable; and it has resonated with thousands. Through her videos, and now her writing, she sheds light on the realities of sobriety and the complexities of healing, while challenging societal norms around alcohol and mental health. In May 2024, Abi was diagnosed with an oligodendroglioma, a rare form of brain tumour; an unexpected chapter in her journey that further deepened her commitment to living with authenticity, courage, and purpose.

Dr Rosa Town is a clinical researcher working in the NHS and specialising in recovery and mental health. She is also an alcoholic in recovery.
