To Kneel Before Saints

SHE WAS RAISED TO BE A SAINT'S SHADOW. THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE LET HER FIND THE DARK.

For years, Eylar has lived in the shadow of her sister, Amari: saint, saviour and the monastery's chosen one, destined to rid their frozen world of monsters and slay the Crimson Wolf. Raised to serve, obey and sacrifice, Eylar has never questioned the faith that defines her world.

Until Amari takes her beyond the mountain.

Outside the monastery's walls, Eylar discovers that nothing she has been taught is true. The monsters are not monsters. The enemy is not the enemy. And the Crimson Wolf, the man she was raised to hate, is far from the beast she expected.

As dark secrets unravel and ancient gods stir, Eylar is drawn into a centuries-old war that will force her to choose between the life she was raised for and the enigmatic wolf king she was destined to destroy, but may not be able to resist.

Now Eylar must decide who she really is: a shadow created to serve others . . . or a force powerful enough to bring an empire to its knees.
