A Pinch of Nom: Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes

Pinch of Nom started off as an idea between two friends, authors Kate and Kay who were on a mission to shed some weight by eating healthier. They quickly found that most weight-loss meals lacked flavour, or that 'nom nom nom' desire. They then started creating their own calorie conscious recipes as an antidote to bland diet meals, with an added 'pinch of nom' and started sharing them on their website, soon the website subscribers grew and their recipes and took off like wild fire!   • Ingredients
    • 40g Oats
    • 1 and 1/2 Apples
    • 50ml Skimmed Milk
    • 1/4 ground Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Sweetener
    • 2 medium Eggs
    • 2 tbsp Fat-free yogurt
    • cooking spray
    • fresh Berries

1.) Blitz the Oats in a blender until finely ground to resemble flour

2.) Mix 40g of grated apple into a mixing bowl with the ground oats, 50ml of Skimmed Milk, ⅟4 tbsp of ground cinnamon and a pinch of sweetener

3.) Spray low Kilojoule  cooking spray over a frying pan

4.) Spoon four equal amounts of the pancake batter into the heated pan, making sure that they do not touch each other and cook for 1-2 mins until golden-brown before flipping them to the other side
